A letter from the founder and C.E.O. of Alles Company Inc.:

               I founded Alles Company in 1996 in response to what I perceived as a serious problem in the residential construction industry- the negative public opinion surrounding general contractors.  Due to overwhelming examples of shoddy craftsmanship, dirty jobsites, poor communication with clients, mistreatment of employees and general un-professionalism, it's no wonder that most general contractors are viewed as no better than shady auto mechanics.  Alles Company was founded to give the public a better choice. 

    We believe in doing the job right the first time-in not having to come back to fix the kinds of problems that occur when shortcuts and poor materials are used.  We believe in taking the time to make sure our customers are satisfied.   Alles Company prides itself on high quality old-world craftsmanship. We believe in  using the proper tools and proper materials for each job. We believe that a job site needs to be cleaned at the end of each day, not at the end of the job. We understand before, during, and after the job, we are working in and around a home.  We believe in job site safety-for the client's peace of mind as well as for our employees.   We also believe that the relationship between a general contractor and a client is a special relationship.
